Oh Webbers, Webbers, on Monday 23rd of November 2009 history repeated for the third time, through the introduction, by County Councillor Brad Whitcombe, of a “controversial” blitzkrieg process of divide the opponents defense line with concentrated thrusts to penetrate the line, supported by shock troop tactics, forcing encirclement and ultimate annihilation! Would you believe it Webbers, it worked again! The inferior “forces” of Wellington County were rolled over and rolled up again in the architect’s selection process, identifying (2) bidders now for the contracts for construction projects. Well, I guess it was getting to be too obvious that Ventin could not be the only architect in Ontario with the proven track record to receive all the work! The County had to insult our intelligence by increasing the architect base by, yes, 100%! 100% are you kidding, that’s almost twice the number! DUH! Pass that by me again! “Ah duh, I still don’t get it.” Are you all California blondes? Come on now! Step by step children, let’s see if we can break this down so that “Hey, I get it!” happens. Wow, is this for real? You betcha!!
You see Webbers, Whitcombe has only added to my evidentiary package, which I will use to destroy his claim, “Your Honour, he called me a Nazi” (boo-hoo)! I can’t believe the “size” of the box of candies he has given me early for Christmas! Almost as delicious as the Variety Selection, the product of the recent C.C.L.A. (Canadian Civil Liberties Association) cross examination conducted on the Councillor Whitcombe pertaining to the C.C.L.A. Intervention Motion Hearing in Court on December 14th, 2009. Merry Christmas to you too, Councillor, for all your loyal, adoring constituents! (Sarcasm, just in case you are worried.)
The saga around the stand alone Library Board, its construction and reported responsibilities have been conveniently “manipulated,” we contend, to support a very lucrative opportunity taken, by Mr. Whitcombe’s “team in exile” up there in the “New building site” of Aboyne. Even a new Police Station – Wow! We wonder who got the architect’s contract up there? Dare we stab a guess? Oh no, you can’t be serious – Ventin? Wow!!
Let’s look at Ventin, the “firm has done Library work for the County before” explains Whitcombe. Oh, we know too well and very well paid for their services too we many add! But the most, very most disturbing issue with Ventin (et al) is the most recent receipt of information which was received by Smelly-Welly.com in the form of the “equivalent” of a CrimeStoppers report; “equivalent” because Smelly-Welly.com does not pay for “credible information” which, of course, it must be! And we make damn sure that it is before we would ever dream of sharing it with the O.P.P., as is our civic duty and the duty of us all!
Having said all that, we found it disturbing, although not surprising, to be told that the Professional Architectural Firms found that to bid for any project from Wellington County was a waste of costly time for preparation of a submission bid, which, over time, became apparent to the firms that “no matter what, Ventin got the project!” Something like Gamsby & Mannerow and Harden Environmental in Puslinch, you know set up by Archie (MacRobbie) and Brad (et al)! Well, it appears from the allegations Smelly-Welly.com received from our source, that Kevin Mulholland, you know, our cocky new, relatively new, so-called Construction Manager, has an “extraordinary” relationship with Ventin which has recently gone “sour.” According to our source, Ventin is not too happy with Kevin’s increased demands related to Ventin’s work on Kevin’s house, and this situation is compounded by Kevin’s son being a Ventin employee! Wow, Inspector Scott Smith, please intervene and investigate with the same attention you paid to County Engineer’s claim that I was dangerous, so dangerous that he depicted me as the same as the Montreal rifle murderer of the Lady Engineering students. What Webbers, didn’t you know about this? Gordon Ough sought support via emails to Councillors to support his filed charges with the O.P.P.! (You mean you didn’t know this Webbers?) Well I do, and so does the O.P.P., and very soon, so will Canada!
But I digress – Ventin, ah Ventin. We need an investigation here by the O.P.P. to get to the bottom of this, using the “Crimebuster” approach! What do you think Webbers? Let’s hear from you all! It’s been a very profitable 2 years for Ventin, and, as I have always expounded in business, profit is not “a dirty word” but rape is a Criminal Offence! Go figure, and ask yourselves, “Who hired Kevin? And who does he, like George MacInnes, report to as his manager?” Hmm, I wonder! And why?
With Ventin we must focus on the so-called Green Legacy con job, which forced the removal from the little farmhouse of the Sage family, after much harassment from their landlords, Wellington County Council in the form of “the wee Glesga Keelie”, Geordie MacInnes, who, acting under the direct instructions from his boss, C.A.O. Scott Wilson (et al), subjected Mr. Patrick Sage and family to the most disturbing “mind games” imaginable! This gentle, gentle man, Mr. Sage, made a personal decision not to fight City Hall anymore, for the sake of his dear wife Quanita’s emotional stability. We can all understand that, even having won his appeal to the Ontario Court of Appeals, (3-0 in his favor by the Justices), that he could not be evicted! Oh, by the way Webbers, the Court decision was not shared with the County Council of the day, based on the decision of, don’t tell me, Scott Wilson? Our C.A.O.? Why did he not tell us? Why don’t you ask him? I will, in Court with him under oath! The Green Legacy may turn our to be the John Green Legacy, with Ventin right in the thick of things at 10% commission of total project cost.
And our woosie Council never challenged, “Why is this happening?” Now do you see why I’m so adamant in my commitment to blow this Municipal Corruption wide open, to the degree that even “Simple Simon” himself would declare, “Now I get it!” Come on Webbers, where are you?
The evidence before the authorities is so compelling that you may ask, “What is the hold up?” Good question, which we share! Come on Provincial Ministers, we know 2010 is an election year, but do your duty this year, you may earn re-election! Pity help you in 2010 if you continue to ignore what is wrong with Wellington County Ontario! God help us! God bless.
