HI WEBBERS, AGAIN. STILL HERE! As we move forward towards the planned ultimate CLASS ACTION against our collectively connected adversaries, all joined at the hip by the COMMON DENOMINATOR named MUNICIPAL CORRUPTION, we will pause to record, for consideration, the named LEGAL TEAM which has been established by Wellington County Council/Puslinch Township Council to represent councils both individually and collectively. Remember, taxpayers of both County and Township, YOU foot the bills, and all for the proven deviously behaved politicians you yourselves voted into office. The Wild West mentality of HIRED GUNSLINGERS, the epitome of mercenary mentality, to enable the violations of the law, is alive and well in Wellington County, Ontario, Canada!
It is with this past exposure experience over the last 10 years, by myself (Bill Manderson), currently the mouthpiece of Smelly-Welly.com, the organ of truth in Wellington County, that I believe the time has come to review, for consideration, the behaviour records of lawyers by name who have formed this body of so-called professionals, of expounded integrity, resulting in what can only be described as the resultant “grossly dysfunctional” body of municipal representation, the worst (I believe) in our country’s history!
This week Wellington County kind of snuck in, without a formal announcement, the most recent legal addition to the long list of lawyers who have been “retained” to represent Wellington County in recent years. Oh, I am aware that the long standing County Solicitor of Record was Hugh Guthrie Q.C., recently deceased, and that the County, more than most, needs a lawyer of record.
The passing of the County Lawyer of Record for many years, Mr. Hugh Guthrie Q.C. has been felt as a loss for many reasons. Mr. Guthrie has been prominently featured and considered for his active involvement in all things Wellington County, which, for the last 10 years of my personal observations and recorded critique of behaviour, has been a constant concern to me. As the forthcoming Court evidence will expose many questions from Smelly-Welly.com to Mr. Guthrie will have to be answered in Court by others, as to the involvement and relationship for participation in all things bad in Wellington County, by Mr. Guthrie.
Now Webbers, as a declared Christian man of faith, I find this duty, which has been thrust upon me at this time to be, as anticipated, one of the most disturbing experiences of my life. The timing of this whole despicable legal action against me was not of my doing – please remember that cruel fact! We have here now a situation which forces me, through my pledge to you all to “tell it like it is,” to expose a long list of very bad failures by Mr. Hugh Guthrie. To behave as a decent human being is expected, and in this case, perceived by the public at large as just that, a decent human being! It PAINS ME Webbers, to be assigned the responsibility to tell the truth, in many matters know to me, in this realm of truth, to “get down and dirty” and tell all, supported by irrefutable truthful evidence. Not a nice situation, but I feel absolutely necessary on my part, to uphold my promise to my God, myself and all of you to tell the truth! HERE IT COMES.
For the record, I had my first experience to Mr. Guthrie when I attended an Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal, held at #1 Stone Road, in Guelph, on August 12th, 2004 and, as recorded on the attached Divisional Court Case documentation, (click here to view (have patience as it’s a large file)), was chaired by Board Member, Mr. Dennis McKaig. Mr. Guthrie attend the Hearing before the Tribunal representing Wellington County, who were in the respondent’s capacity to respond to an appeal from a Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Sage, then current tenants of the Little Tract Farm located on County Road 34 in Puslinch Township. Mr. Guthrie had assigned the Hearing responsibility to his then assistant, a lady lawyer by the name of MS. SUMITA PILLAY-DASON (REMEMBER THAT NAME WEBBERS). FOR THE RECORD, the Little Tract Farm in question has since 2004, become that “showpiece” of criminal and financial misappropriation of taxpayers funding, equating to theft, in my honest opinion, by named parties in Smelly-Welly.com’s upcoming Counter Suit, filed under the umbrella of Section 122 of the Criminal Code, for starters, in Criminal Court, and planned to be an integral part of our Notice of Motion, on record in the Guelph Superior Court of Justice, to sue Wellington County Council (et al) and McCarthy Tétrault (lawyers) for $8 MILLION DOLLARS.
Now Webbers, as is the practice of acceptance in any Court of law, the original Motions must be configured correctly for acceptance by the Court, to conform to standard protocol and standard pre-requisite disciplines, clearly worded and recorded as Step #1 in the process going forward. The Smelly-Welly.com organization recognizes this, and is currently on a course to establish all required documentation.
In the meantime Webbers, we wish to pre-inform you all of our intents and, in support of this, we wish to encourage you all to read attentively and understand the contents and their relevance, as contained in the attached formal, legal and lawful decision, made by 3 (three) Divisional Court Judges, namely His Honour Justice N. Borkovich, His Honour Justice W.P. Somers and His Honour Justice A.W. Bryant (J.J. 2005). This document is the catalyst for our case to present in the Court, in our Section 122 submission to Criminal Court. We feel, at this time, it would be advantageous, to the public, to familiarize themselves with the detailed information contained in the judgment , for total understanding of our charges brought before the Court. GOOD AND BETTER DAYS AHEAD!
Webbers, in fairness to our 200% dedicated secretary who, as a 100% volunteer, and unpaid for his services, I am sensitive to the unfair demands I have put on his time. He does have a real job from which he supports his family, even with the overload and delivery schedule I place on the postings to be on our website, in order to meet the affectivity dates, which are all time driven by interactory relationships created by the very volatile climate in all our issues with municipal corruption in Wellington County. I am humbled by this man’s dedication to my cause to seek Justice, in bringing to the process of systematic collation and recordance of the irrefutable evidence, which is required of Smelly-Welly.com to meet the burden of proof placed upon us, to satisfy completely the requirements of the Court, under law. It has been noted in Court, and is on the transcripted record, that I may be “prolific” in my submissions to the Court! I try very hard not to overstate my points, but in my defense, it is overwhelmingly difficult for me, when I review the magnitude of related details I have in support of my submitted evidence. I apologize to any of you who are of the opinion I have, on many occasions, overstated my points. I shall try to keep it all “short and sweet” as we now go forward, buoyed and with confidence in our Evidentiary Package, to enable irrefutable evidence to identify the crimes, as charged, committed by the parties to be named by me!
With that said, I would close our Part #1 of this submitted posting and request you all familiarize yourselves with the details of the attached documentation addendums, to prepare your understanding of the co-relation details on POINT of focus. That POINT is the disgustingly conceived, pre-planned conspiracy of “Officers of the Court” to promote and facilitate the planned violations of the laws of Canada. A most heinous crime of blatant hypocrisy to VIOLATE the very laws THEY have sworn to uphold and protect! Even a Queen’s Council (I allege), must put that in Webbers, for the benefit of the BIG BAD BULLY BOY BASTARDS FROM BAY (a.k.a. MCCARTHY TÉTRAULT) lawyers (et al). Will follow up soon with Part #2.

September 28th, 2009 - A Much Larger Hypocisy
Hi Webbers! Summer had arrived just in time for the Fall Fairs around Wellington County. We hope that you all attended, and celebrated together both our heritage and our God given blessings. We are fortunate indeed!
But, within our County there have been many sad stories, which have, through criminality and public apathy, left the abused victims to, as The Wellington Advertiser editor Dave Adsett recently quoted “Fuggedaboutit.” Whilst reading Mr. Adsett’s editorial in The Wellington Advertiser edition of September 4th, page six (go look it up), I am again, some 60 years later, reminded of what my grandfather Manderson instilled in my memory; he said “Willie, ye may think that ye dinna ken whit yer adversaries are thinkin’, just hae patience and they’ll tell ye themselves.” Sound words of wisdom! And here’s why.
For months now I have been searching for the right conditions to happen, which would facilitate the introduction to the Smelly-Welly.com radar screen one of the most heart-rending tales of a level of evil depravation that one so-called human being could inflict upon another gentle soul and his family. I refer to, of course, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Sage and family, formerly of County Road 34 in Puslinch Township. The address easily recognized by the name of “The County of Wellington Tree Nursery” a.k.a. the Green Legacy con-job, at great financial and emotional cost to many people. Which brings me back to editor Adsett’s editorial referenced. With our reader’s understanding, we shall focus on the relevant points and how they co-relate to the Little Tract/Green Legacy fraud to the Taxpayers and where the money has gone, outside of the lawful process.
It is uncanny that this editorial would be published at this time, but as you all know, we receive all “candies” with gratitude and proceed to run with them! Mr. Adsett’s observations can be attributed to his personal experience as Warden, during which time the Sage family was subjected to criminal harassment by many members of County Council staff in an attempt to evict this family from their home of long standing, to make way for the Whitcombe/Wilson (et al)’s “vision” of this Green Legacy Tree Nursery. Mr. Adsett, as Warden, sent his “boys” to appease Mr. Sage who was threatening to go to the Tenant/Landlord Tribunal. The resulting lie of a promise given to Mr. Sage, that $150,000 for required repairs to the Little Tract house, only delayed the subsequent onslaught of terror tactics inflicted on the Sage family which ended up in the Ontario Court of Appeals (Divisional Court) which found for the tenants 3-0 on the vote of the Justices. All of these facts were not shared with County Council, who, to quote Mr. Adsett’s reference to “Vitriol for Italians” were instructed to “Fuggedaboutit!” They chose to, Smelly-Welly.com won’t! Justice is coming, Mr. and Mrs. Sage, like my grandfather said “hae patience.”  There are people who genuinely care! Your good neighbours, Jack and Helen Purdy, must be proof of that to you! Your turn has come; Smelly-Welly.com will expose the crimes committed against you, and by whom. And Webbers, this is just the start, now that it is on the Smelly-Welly.com radar screen, and it will not be removed until the Sages both have received the Justice they deserve. They “bad guys” are exposed! God bless.

Dave Adsett: Your “easy” vitriol for anything Liberal has, once again, exposed your motivation to use your editorial power to promote and expound your Federal Political Conservative opinions, which, all things considered, have no place in a newspaper that claims to serve all of Wellington County. It is very ironic that you chose to refer to the so-called “Larger Hypocrisy.” We both know you modeled your editorial to end up describing the consistent operative process used by Wellington County Council, with you as Warden at the time of the great inhuman behaviour brought down on the Sage family by you and your “Star Chamber.” Your fellow political current “Star Chamber cronies,” your dirty little secret is out now “Davie lad,” Your fellow political current “Star Chamber buddies” will be democraticllay removed from Office, as you were, having just completed your year as Warden. You see, Dave, some of us refused to “Fuggedaboutit.”
“A lager hyprocrisy indeed,” but not nearly as enormous as your group’s, in their systematic destruction of the family life of the Sage family, all this without the addition of a Restraining Order. Is life not eventually just, Davy lad?
